The agile mindset is based on a common core of human values that include respect, courage, collaboration, continuous learning, customer focus, and value maximization. <\/p>\n

These values find their clearest expression in the Manifesto for Agile Software Development (Agile Manifesto).<\/p>\n

The main aspects of an agile mindset include<\/p>\n

    \n
  • deliver value rapidly and consistently,<\/li>\n
  • collaborate courageously,<\/li>\n
  • simplify to avoid waste,<\/li>\n
  • consider context and adapt to realities,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    reflect on feedback and adapt both product and process, and<\/p>\n

    produce the highest quality products. Agile strategy is therefore about how people throughout the organization are expected to make decisions and allocate resources in order to accomplish key objectives.<\/p>\n
