understanding that boards of directors can fulfill their responsibilities only when they understand them correctly and take appropriate actions to fulfill them. Therefore, empowering the board of directors has been considered by organizational researchers as a very important issue in achieving this. I have always mentioned the board of directors in organizations as an opportunity to advance the goals of the organization and have always tried to ask organizations to make the most of this opportunity to improve the business environment.<\/p>\n<p>Since the board of directors is the highest organ of the organization after the general assembly and the CEO is responsible for implementing and managing affairs in organizations on behalf of the board of directors, unfortunately we see that in Iran, in many small and medium-sized organizations, the potential of the board of directors is not used.<\/p>\n<p>My duty as a consultant is to help implement the real role of the board of directors in organizations and find its position.
