The appropriate use of this standard enables MCSPs to: <\/p><p>&#8211; Provide greater value to clients.<br>&#8211; Reduce the risks associated with management consulting engagements.<br>&#8211; Achieve better results from management consulting projects.<\/p><p>By improving the quality, professionalism, professional ethics and interoperability of management consultants, this document aims to increase the effectiveness of the management consulting industry and accelerate the development of activities in this area of \u200b\u200bbusiness.<\/p><p>This document is based on valuable experience and research from a wide range of MCSPs and their clients in the management consulting industry and includes recommendations for improving conditions, implementing activities, accepting results, and
